Functional Accountabilities:

Coaching and Collaborating with team in doing the below tasks.

·     Solving regulatory affairs cases for stores and DC violations

·     Issuance and renewal of all stores and DC licenses, permits, registration an

·     certificates

·     Following up water and electricity issues with the relevant authorities.

·     Ensuring that penalties are negotiated effectively for minimum cost and paid.

·      Solving issues with Saudi food & medicine authority

·     Settling issues of Panda’s vehicles accidents.

·     Issuing and renewing vehicles (ISTEMARAH) and Issuing vehicles number plates with traffic department

·     Issuing and renewing vehicles weight documents (meezan cards) with ministry of transportation

·     Ensure renewal for all non-Saudi employees Iqamas, transfer sponsorship, Exit – entry and Exit visa.

·     Manage employee’s professions as per position.

·     Update passport information’s in Jamaat system

·     Offering Support to GR team and all different departments in Panda.

·     Follow up with concern department for pending issues  

·     Participating in some governmental events

·     Setting up team and individuals KPI’s in alignment with panda strategy and targets and carry evaluation as well.

·     Fines and bills payment

·     Follow up with DC Regarding payments of Grain Silos

Education

- High School

Experience, Skills & Competencies

- 3-5 years’ experience at least 3 years in Retail business.

- Knowledge of Government Relation environment

- Leadership.

- Fluent in Arabic. Candidate with Arabic and average English is preferred.

- Computer knowledge.
