Job Purpose





Job Responsibilities


• Drives and develops account specific growth strategies and approaches.
• Establishes revenue goals and strategies that advance the accounts’ performance and enables the achievement of the department’s as well as the business’s financial goals.
• Building strong and long-lasting relationships with supplier through the creation of long term planning and understanding.
• Develops and maintains healthy relationships with senior managers for all key accounts in order to guarantee their smooth execution.
• Create cross-functional engagements and understandings with necessary functions .
• Developing and implementing supplier growth plans, measurement, performance benchmarking, troubleshooting performance gaps, formulating and nurturing outstanding initiatives.

Skills

Education

Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field.


Experience, Skills & Competencies


• Minimum of 7 years’ previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience
• Demonstration and ability to lead with a vision establishing a healthy working culture in his team.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• In-depth understanding of company key suppliers and their position in the market.
• Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
• Basic computer skills, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
• Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on supplier contracts
• Ability to multitask and manage more than one supplier account
