Insurance Senior Manager

Job Purpose

Protect Companie Assets and interests from financial losses by maintaining adequate Insurance coverage, Plan and arrange insurance renewal on each year in co-ordination with other department and Insurance addition deletion whenever required

Functional Accountabilities:

• Responsible for ensuring risk identification, assessment, analysis and reporting information pertaining to the risk management process.

• Ensure appropriate levels of coverage for comprehensive insurance programs

• Prepare, review and maintaining records of insurance procedures and policies

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the insurance renewal process and program administration

• Analyze, critique and draft risk allocation, indemnity, insurance and other related contract provisions;

• Identifying and dealing with any issues that may arise related to insurance or risk, which, if ignored, could lead to litigation.

• Monitor and communicate on claims activity, including intake, investigation, litigation, trial and settlement in partnership with the appropriate internal stakeholders

• Responsible for review, payment, and tracking of all insurance premiums, claim reimbursement, and third-party administrator fee invoices

• Manage and coordinate broker, insurer, consultant and other service provider activities

• Manage annual insurance audits

• Manager 1 direct report

Experience, Skills & Competencies

• A minimum of 8+years or more of experience in the insurance industry, risk management position or a combination thereof.

• Financial and analytical skills

• English & Arabic proficiency
