Job Description

Functional Accountabilities:

• Ensure alignment with strategic business objectives and maintain high quality standards in instructional design and development for all methods of program delivery.
• Ensure the effective achievement of objectives by creating effective training curriculum that is aligned with business strategies and objectives, and stakeholders needs through the implementation of quality learning initiatives.
• Recommend learning intervention to internal customers by analyzing the learning objectives, expected outcomes, and requirements to ensure learning effectiveness.
• Actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance
• Deliver (In-house / external) relevant learning programs to learners to improve the employees’ performance and productivity.
• Ensure the quality of learning programs by developing a learning program through comparing and benchmarking other recognizable learning programs.
• Monitoring the delivery by the trainers to ensure consistency and standardization of message, and share the feedback received about the training to stakeholders and the team to ensure meeting the learning objectives and expectations.
• Consolidate relevant reports on the employee’s performance by using the available data, dashboard, and available templates to update relevant stakeholders with the training results, utilization of resources and performance evaluation.

Skills

Education
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

Experience, Skills & Competencies
• Minimum 5-6 years of overall experience in the filed of learning and development

Job specific Skills:
• Knowledge and application of learning principles.
• Knowledge and application of instructional design methodologies like ADDIE, SAM
• Ability to execute team building activities
• Strong level of MS Office package, particularly MS PowerPoint & MS Publisher
