Job Description
- Developing, update, communicate and maintain cross functional SOPs that related to Regional Branches.
- Support on continuous process improvement for the Regional Branches and the corporate cross functions by conducting the proper problem-solving technique on issues.
- Contributing on monitoring the Regional Branches budget management, to insure the controlled spending throughout the year.
- Maintain and improve SLAs between Regional Branches and the other cross functional departments to reach the effective the way of working.
- Monitoring, Analyzing, and Reporting Branches KPIs, dashboard, and performance for all regions to ensure data visibility and tracking.
- Handling and Managing the Regional Branches initiatives and projects, and necessarily follow up to ensure on time implementation.
- Ensure Corporate level agreed action plans in place, followed and implemented on regional level for smooth deployment (e.g. projects and Internal Audit actions).
- Managing the Regional Branches Accountability Meetings with other cross functional stakeholders within the corporate e.g. Related Executive team, Corporate Department Heads, etc. (designing, adherence, reporting and outcome handling).
- Act as liaison between Regional Operations team and Regional Branches for common issues and monitor the progress.
Skills
- 5 Years experience in Business and project management.
- Strong numerical aplity.
- Advance level on Microsoft Office skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work and travel across the region
