Job Description

 

Functional Accountabilities:

·     To develop, implement and manage all the required informational dashboards (financial and non-financial) to different management levels and enable stakeholders to achieve better decisions and based on scientific data sets.

·     To Lead, Manage, coordinate, and deliver internal projects and initiatives related to performance management and ensure benefits are measured and realized end ensure successful project execution.

·     To Manage and deliver the analysis required for business opportunities with financial modeling and data driven research.

·     To conduct, review and submit the studies required to identify areas of potential investment opportunities that are potential to become new/improved revenue streams.

·     To develop the required dashboards for all activities to be frequently and constantly available to all management levels with the highest accuracy possible.

·     To monitor and update all stake holders of any changes in data patterns, market changes and risks/opportunities that may arise depending on reliable external/internal sources.

·     To be Accountable and responsible for all the MIS reports/dashboards communicated/shared and ensure the stability and reliability of data sources.

·     To enhance and implement financial reporting of the profit and loss accountable for, with immediate alignment with Finance and constant review.

·     To lead, manage and coordinate the budgeting exercise and ensure proper reporting on a frequent basis as per the management direction.

·     To establish a direct line of communication, manage and align with Internal Audit and risk on all Audit Action Plans and risk items related to the division and ensure update, alignment, and closure of all actions. Act as liaison between the division and the compliance entities within the company.

·     To manage and monitor all required SLA or OLA agreements between the division and other parties and the development of a dedicated report/dashboard.

·     Oversee the recruitment, training, development, and evaluation of all reporting staff.

·     Achieve the agreed KPIs and maintain budget

·     To assist and engage with other business units in resolving/improving business problems or securing potential opportunities.

·     Setting the example for the ethics and values of the business and demonstrate cultural sensitivity with high personal visibility throughout the company.

 

Skills

 

Education

·       An undergraduate degree (Bachelors) in business, finance, MIS and/or economics. (MBA is advantage).

·       Business Analysis certified is preferred

·       Quality/project Management Certified is preferred

 

Experience, Skills & Competencies

·       3 Years of hands-on experience preferably within a retail/commercial industry.

·       Minimum 1 years of similar position

·       Ability to set personal and project priorities and be highly organized

·       Good financial analyses skills, utilizing technological tools to understand, analyze and implement complex financial models

·       Good Compliance knowledge (Risk, Audit & Compliance)

·       Strong computer literate and data analytics tools (Excel, MiniTab, Access, PowerBI)

·       Highly effective Communication Skills (English/Arabic)
