Job Purpose

Responsible for planning DC and stores replenishment and managing total chain inventory with a customer-focus; and with emphasis on managing baseline replenishment on all items for both Regular and Promo demand. Collaboration with category management, Supplier Management, marketing, and operation support teams is required to achieve those objectives. The successful execution of the role has a direct impact effect on the items availability and this will result on achieving company sales volume/profitability targets.

Internal Processes (Productivity / Quality / Compliance / Performance)

• Central replenishment at item / store level to assure the best availability of the product as per the set MDQ in the system
• Central replenishment of the product at the DC level
• Maintain the replenishment attributes for the products and the DC and store level
• Maintain the replenishment parameters in the system to assure right replenishment process
• Handling the weekly promo cycle from planning perspective (product forecasting, ordering and allocation to the stores)
• Controlling the inventory level to meet the inventory target
• Seek an exit plan for overstock/aged/near expiry items to balance inventory and achieve negative working capital.
• Review performance for new listed items to Improve its Forecasting accuracy
• Design and generate weekly and monthly statistical forecasting reports related to his/her assigned categories for better decisions making.
• Communicate timely volume forecast with Suppliers in order to assure high vendor service level.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in sciences, Business, Supply Chain Management or Engineering.

Experience, Skills and Competencies

• 0-2 Years business related experience.
• Ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams.
• Strong, demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Tableau.
• Good communication skills
• Time Management Skills
• Background in master scheduling, forecasting, procurement and planning.
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
• Details oriented and extreme accuracy is needed.
• Language (Arabic/English)
