Price Sign System Manager

Job Purpose

The price signage system manager executes pricing throughout the all store. he initiates outstanding sales and service, maintain exceptional promotional price extreme software, appearance, and Clarity. he assists decoration team with best practices and procedures of printing price signs to achieve business objectives in parallel with MOC rules and regulations.

The role is head office based with travel to stores also

• Integration weekly promo plan with extreme software databases with reporting and measurement needs of the marketing team.
• Ensure pricing accuracy through the utilization of available tools and resources and validate the execution of all price changes according to company expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized and up-to-date extreme software server.
• Ensure disaster recovery policies and procedures are being followed and meet business goals.
• Identify and update any missing pricing throughout the store and outdoor display areas
• Ensure Pricing Strategy is executed properly throughout the store and outdoor display areas
• Execute signage placement for promotional events, schematics and in-store sets.
• Communicate failed promos, pricing or signage concerns appropriately.
• Execute the Price Changes Report and complete the appropriate follow-up.
• Overseeing graphic team and staff members in term of quality from technical point of view.
• Monitoring project progress from planning to execution to ensure it remains focused and evaluates its effectiveness.
• Providing expert advice on marketing and advertising methods for new or existing products or services.
• Running multiple projects simultaneously.
• Produced variety of POS materials, including letters, reports, proposals and forms.
• Formulated employee policy manuals and job descriptions.
• Designed developed and implemented marketing and sales campaigns, fundraisers, employee incentive programs and contests.
• Promoted products and services; generated leads and initiated sales.

•  excellent attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience of managing Price Signage production schedules, to critical path deadlines
• Extensive Price Signage artwork experience.
• Excellent design skills and expert at HP design manager, illustrator and Adobe CS (Creative Suite).
• Relevant print production and experience of working with and creating artwork templates.
• Good Excel knowledge to generate weekly progress reports.
• Good IT knowledge.
• Highly self-motivated, methodical and organized with excellent time management / prioritizing skills, creative flair and meticulous eye for detail.
• Good interpretation / communication skills and experience of working with multiple cross-functional teams.
