Job Description

Financial / Monetary:

    • Ensure achievements of saving to reduce operating expenses according annual target.
    • Conscious about cost efficiency in all activities.
    • Provide specific feedback and reports on the progress of saving initiatives.
    • Ensure involvement and support of budget owner and finance on related matter

 

Customers / Clients (Internal):

 

    • Educate internal customers outside procurement about best requisition to payment practice and their own role in the related PANDA processes.
    • Ensure timely creation of purchase orders with the necessary approvals and in compliance with the category strategies.
    • Ensure support of timely invoice reconciliation and payments releases
    • In coordination with procurement governance manager, liaise with internal customer to define SLAs and review performance.

 

Supplier / Vendors (External):

 

    • Ensure effective and efficient order tracking
    • Ensure timely, effective and efficient handling of discrepancies (Non-conformance – Non- Compliance issues)

 

People / Employee (Cross Functional) 

 

    • Manage team of officers
    • Educate own tam about best requisition to payments practice and the related processes and share knowledge with all businesses.
    • Create an environment of a team work, commitment and individual accountability within own team.
    • Develop team knowledge and ability to enhance skills and expertise

 

Internal processes (Productivity/Quality/Compliance/reporting) 

    • Ensure service delivery as per agreed SLAs
    • Ensure transparency, and compliance of the requisition to payments practice with procurement policies and procedures.
    • Ensure documentation of purchase order including correct usage of procurement master date.
    • continuously improve practices with own team, in compliance with the department policies and procedures.
    • Contribute to continuously improving processes and practices in the procurement department, in particular with regards to the requisition to payment process.

 

Contribute to the definition, implementation and continuous improvement of the procurement system supporting the requisition to payments process.

Skills

    • Minimum 5 years ’ experience in (Commercial/Contract Management/Sourcing )
