Job Purpose

To make sure all Projects assigned to him completed according to time schedule, standards and high quality. Collect and keep in order and safe project documents and drawings after project handover.



Job Responsibilities


• Responsible and accountable to make sure all projects are delivered on time within the approved Budget and time frame schedule
• Responsible review with customers and consultant the design and time frame of projects assigned to him
• Accountable to Ensure that project information recorded either in electronic or hard copy
• Accountable to attend project reviews and approvals process
• Responsible to attend with stakeholders’ tenders opening, then make the study to evaluate and compare the received biddings and share in making recommendation to management
• Accountable to follow the Capital Projects FRAME WORK process and procedures
• Accountable to attend weekly visit to executed project and submit visit report
• Responsible to coordinate with both consultant and contractor to execute the project according to agreed materials quality as documented in BOQ
• Accountable to manage contracts and monitor delivery of service to ensure compliance with contracts and service agreement
• Responsible to represent the organization in an honest, Ethical and professional way
• Responsible to act and report any breaches of rules, policies and guidelines
• Accountable to Monitor performance against standards and take timely corrective actions

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
• Projects management training courses


Experience, Skills & Competencies


• Min 3 years experience in projects managemant
• Ability to prepare SOW & BOQ
• Ability to read and understand AutoCAD design drawings
• Ability to control and work as team member
• Excellent observation skills
• Strong problem detection and solving abilities
• English and Arabic language (Written & Spoken)
• Computer skills (word processing, microsoft project and Auto cad)
