Job Purpose:
To manage, safe keep, archive and update all the contracts and its related documentations of the property management for all Panada property types (stores, warehouses, compounds, lands and offices).
Job Responsibilities
To perform below tasks in a good manner and standard, to ensure that the expansion and targets required were met across Panda formats and as per Panda policy
- Accountable for of all contracts and its related documents of all Panda property types (stores, warehouses, compounds and service providers invoices).
- Managing all Panda’s real estate contracts as a lessee and lessor by preparing new contracts, contracts renewal, termination and amendment.
- Responsible for Panda’s new & renewal contracts for all property’s types.
- Implementing property management policies and plans by achieving strategic financial and operational targets via relationships with key clients, contractors and service providers.
- Contacting the landlords in case Panda faces any kind of contractual or financial issues & problems bay coordinating with concern departments.
- Collaborating with legal team in drafting and redrafting, renewing and amending all contracts.
- Reporting about any urgent case to the line manger to alleviate Panda’s risk and loss.
- Prepare all committed locations letters, contracts or documentation.
- Achieving Property Dept. targets.
- Prepare and manage governmental location beddings and renewals
- Follow up and coordinate with legal affairs on any legal cases related to Panda’s locations
Skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in BA Or MBA
Experience, Skills & Competencies:
- excellent knowledge in the Real estate & Property Mgt.
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
- good contractual knowledge.
- Communication skills (Arabic, English) ,
- 1-2 years’ experience.
