Job Purpose
Execute the service development function activities such as developing PandP and report KPIs, Data Analysis, and monitor and report performance for the Division.
Job Responsibilities
- Developing, design, and update, PandP, SOPs and frameworks.
- Conduct process re-engineering.
- Report Projects Performance, Budget compliance.
- Develop and plan internal Division’s initiatives.
- Report Division’s internal development projects.
- Improve Supporting Departments by assisting them with projects and helping them to solve problems.
- Boost progress and build productivity within teams for better and more efficient execution of tasks and projects.
Skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in BA or similar
Experience, Skills and Competencies
- Policies and procedures and SOPs documentation
- Business Process Development and Mapping
- Quality work experience
- Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
- Communication skills (Arabic, English)
- 2 years’ experience.
