Job Purpose:

Act as the primary strategic owner for the 180+ primary investment lease relationships across the Kingdom.

Key Accountability :

Lead rent negotiation activities to secure 1.5% -2% rent saving from total network rent.

Establish a dedicated, relationship-based governance structure to ensure long-term stability across the complex portfolio.

Lead high-level rent reduction and renegotiation strategies to achieve targeted annual cost savings.

Oversee the complete lifecycle of primary investment leases, including strategic renewals, amendments, and exits.

Strengthen the management of lease obligations to reduce contractual risks and ensure total operational continuity.

Manage the payables process and financial continuity for the primary portfolio to prevent any disputes or penalties.

Escalate critical landlord-related issues to the Real Estate Director while providing proactive resolution strategies.

Experience:

8–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Real Estate, Leasing, Property Management, Landlord Relationship Management, Contract Management.
