Job Description
· Direct responsibility for the region compounds and the residents.
· Working closely with the Operation district Manager & HRBP as a partner to achieve the company targets and goals.
· Responsible of the people developments and to have the right working environment.
· Create engagement events for the residents in the compounds.
· Collect scrap items list from team and take necessary action to sell out through Corporate procurement dept.
· Prepare plan of needed building / rooms to accommodate staffs for new stores in accordance with the expansion plan of new stores and expected arrival date and number of people.
· Prepare new items list for install in new compound and forward the requirement to Compound Admin officer in order to process order.
· Make sure to open the new compound at least one week before of residents’ arrival.
· Reorganize existing compounds for accommodate new store associates if compounds have excess vacant beds.
· Ensure proper utilization of manpower and control of compound expenses.
· Make sure to his region compounds are meets civil defense requirement.
· Set schedule of regular visits to the compounds in the region.
· Proper supervision to maintain the compounds cleanness and compound staff personal hygienic and make sure that compounds are meet hygienic requirements.
· Communicate with maintenance dept to solve all compounds maintenance issues in the region.
· Receive the weekly recap and petty cash summery from the supervisor and District compound managers, verify the details and sign off to process further.
· Verify the residents head count list and accommodation list and take necessary action to fix discrepancy.
· Spot check the compounds Asset inventories.
· Set direction for identifying and dealing with possible risk to evocate.
· Schedule for regular meeting with District compound Manager and compound supervisors.
· Meet store manager to solve any compound and transport issues and get their suggestions & feedback to improve services.
· Deal and solve the problems and queries arise by the residents.
· Implement performance management system to his team and communicate the KPIs, job accountabilities, roles to the team.
· Ensure Employee transportation buses are providing adequate services to residents.
· Ensure Drivers are following the store schedule to drop and pick the employees between store and compound.
· Proper monitoring and tracking of Buses services in order to reduce fuel consumption.
· Monitoring proper maintaining of Buses in order to reduce Maintenance cost.
· Coordinate and communicate to concern dept to solve accidented vehicle issues and claim insurance.
· Communicate to outsource transport supplier to fix maintenance issues of their buses.
Skills
Education
· Graduated - Business administration or Hotel management.
Experience, Skills & Competencies
· 2 years + experience in compounds or hostels management.
· Fluent in English and Arabic
· Excellent Computer user.
