Regional Property Management Manager

Functional Accountability:

·       Direct responsibility for the rented and company property within the region.

·       Working closely with the Operation district Managers as a partner to achieve the region targets and goals.

·       Ensure having capable team, well trained to deliver the region targets and goals.

·       Responsible to comply with the yearly lease & sublease budget.

·       Leading and Maintaining Panda strategic relationship with high profile institutions and corporate clients, and follow up execution.

·       In-depth knowledge of property financing and valuation modeling.

·       Managing Portfolios and many other specialized services to investors and institution.

·       Managing Panda’s regional properties

·       Accountable for regional rent expense of stores, warehouses and labor compounds to different types of landlords.

·       Administering Panda’s regional leasing revenue

·       Alignment and follow up with service provides and manage their activities

·       Responsible for Panda’s regional contract renewal for all properties types.

·       Leading regional property sales, purchase contracts, site selections and acquisitions negotiations

·       Achieving strategic regional financial and operational targets via relationships with key clients and service providers.

·       Setting the example for the ethics and values of the business and demonstrate cultural sensitivity with high personal visibility throughout the company.

·       Setting up teams and individuals KPIs in alignment with Panda strategy and target

·       Prepare and submit the rental income report for all sublease activities

·       Prepare and submit the property evaluation forms and obtain validations

Education

·  Bachelor degree in BA or MBA

Experience, Skills & Competencies

·  Negotiations and budget control

·  Leadership.

·  Communication skills (Arabic, English)

·  8 years’ experience.
