Regional Regulatory Affairs Manager.Regulatory Affairs - Central

Direct responsibility to all stores within the region to be up to date with regulatory affairs license, permits, certificates and registration.

Working closely with the Operation district Managers as a partner to achieve the company targets and goals.

Responsible of the people development and to provide attractive working environment.

Update the business units with the new regulations.

Ensure the stores having required documentation for the business continuity and to avoid any interruption.

Ensure the stores activities in the region are complaining with the Saudi law and regulation.

Accountable to build a strong connection and relationship with the Governmental different sectors to have the right partnership for improvement and compliance.

Ensuring stores violations cases are solved with regulatory affairs agencies

Ensuring company employees are with valid documentation as per government law

Issuing worker visa as company required

Ensuring that penalties are negotiated effectively for minimum cost and paid.

Ensuring panda vehicles are with valid documentation

Participating in governmental events

7-10 years’ experience at least 3 years in Retail business.

Native.

Knowledge of Government Relation environment

Leadership.

Fluent in Arabic. Candidate with Arabic and average English is preferred.
