Job Description

 

Job Purpose:

To deliver quality learning and development programs aligned to business needs by planning, organizing and conducting classroom training, on-the job training, follow-up and assessments and post-training support to improve employees performance and facilitate active learning experience.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Learning Program Delivery:

Deliver and coordinate relevant learning programs by providing classroom training and on-the-job training to learners (level 1 & 2) to improve the employees’ performance and productivity.

  • Administrative:

Perform training administrative tasks by sending invitation to learners, ensuring complete registration of learners, complete the marking of assessments and record the results, tidying up the training room before and after the training, taking photos during training to ensure smooth program delivery and reporting.

  • Post-Training Support:

Provide post-training support by doing store visit to get feedback about learner, monitoring learner progress against the development plan, providing counseling, coaching and mentoring to reinforce the learning & ensure implementation of learning.

  • Assessment:

Conduct assessment in operations by selecting appropriate assessments, theoretical and practical to validate understanding and measure the performance of learners (Level 1 & 2).

  • Quality Assurance:

Ensure the quality of learning programs by delivering the program as per the standards and trainer’s guide, and share the feedback received about the training to design & development team to ensure meeting the learning objectives and expectations.

  • Reports:

Provide relevant training reports by tracking attendees and maintains training documentation based on regulations and company policy using the dashboard and templates to update relevant stakeholders with the training progress, utilization of resources and performance evaluation.

  • Policies & Procedures:

Recommend improvements to departmental policy and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of Store of Learning activity so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.

Skills

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of overall working experience with at least 1 years’ experience in store operations

Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge and application of adult learning principles
  • Intermediate level of MS Office package, particularly MS PowerPoint, MS Excel & MS Words
  • English and Arabic Language (spoken & written)
  • Public speaking
