Functional Accountability:
· Review outcomes and ways of improving methods of incentivizing stores employees
· Develop other methods to motivate employee apart incentives payout
· Measure Regions, Districts, Stores, Departments, Employee performance in relations to incentives payouts
· Analyze and document stores activities in relation setting up job skills sets
· Analyze and document stores competences needs
· Analyze positions skills and competences needs within stores, review, modify and document changes.
· Analyze knowledge gaps and coordinate deployment with Change Management team, SOL and Operation teams
· Capture cross learning opportunities for possible replication across stores
· Actively visiting stores to review, identify gaps and plan for improvement implementation Cycle with store teams and coordinate with stores on implementation
· Produce, Maintain, analyze, and Improve related Processes and Standard Operating Procedures.
· Measure the impact of incentives in meeting the desired operations results
· Develop and update reports and Dashboards related to incentives and employee motivation taking interfaces into consideration
· Ability to write comprehensive report, presentations and create dashboards
· Participates in related projects and performs other duties as assigned
· Effective communication and engagement across all stores and levels
Skills
Education, Experience, Skills & Competencies
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Project Management,
· 7 years of work experience in Operations or Operations analysis
· 5 years employee centric experience
· Analytical power and influencing skills
· Presentation and analytic Skills
· Good verbal and written English / Arabic
· Working knowledge of systems and software packages
