Job Purpose

Support participating functions to conduct the monthly S&OP cycles, by organizing and providing related data on time with quality, that ensure having one set of numbers across Panda and ensure converting annual plans into monthly monitored plans (Sales, Inventory, capacity, service level, availability ..etc)

Job Responsibilities

• Forecast

• A rolling sales forecast, by business units by department by store for 2 years.

• A rolling inventory forecast, by business units by department by store for 2 years.

• Monthly session with Category team to review and improve forecast accuracy

• Facilitate the execution of the monthly KPI target

• Design monthly target dashboards

• ABC classification monthly update (Supplier, SKU , Brand, Store)

• Pulse Cycle

• Document and communicate key actions of monthly pulse cycle to drive organizational alignment.

• Collaborate with commercial, operation, supply chain planning to ensure that appropriate data is available and accurate to be reviewed at pulse meetings.at pulse meetings.

• Prepare standard sales and operations presentations (sales forecast, forecast accuracy) for the entire cycle (demand and supply, supplier and operations meeting etc.) as input to support all impacted areas (e.g. market data, sales, inventory)

Education

Bachelor Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering.

Experience, Skills & Competencies

• 0-2 years related experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functionally.
• Analytical and organizational skills.
• Details oriented & extreme accuracy is needed.
• Exceptional problem solving skills, a process-driven mentality.
• A strong customer focus, as well as, effective written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong, demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP
• Language (Arabic/English)
