Job Description
Functional Accountability:
- Coaching and Collaborating with team in doing the below tasks, and Collaborating with team in doing the below tasks.
- Solving regulatory affairs cases for stores and DC violations
- Issuance and renewal of all stores and DC licenses, permits, registration an certificates
- Following up water and electricity issues with the relevant authorities.
- Ensuring that penalties are negotiated effectively for minimum cost and paid.
- Solving issues with Saudi food & medicine authority
- Settling issues of Panda’s vehicles accidents.
- issuing and renewing vehicles (ISTEMARAH) and Issuing vehicles number plates with traffic department
- Issuing and renewing vehicles weight documents (meezan cards) with ministry of transportation
- Ensure renewal for all non-Saudi employees Iqamas, transfer sponsorship, Exit – entry and Exit visa.
- Manage employee’s professions as per position.
- Update passport information’s in Jamaat system
- Offering Support to GR team and all different departments in Panda.
- Follow up with concern department for pending issues
- Participating in some governmental events
- Setting up team and individuals KPI’s in alignment with panda strategy and targets and carry evaluation as well.
- Fines and bills payment
- Follow up with DC Regarding payments of Grain Silos
Skills
Education
- High School
Experience, Skills & Competencies
- 3-5 years’ experience at least 3 years in Retail business.
- Knowledge of Government Relation environment
- Leadership.
- Fluent in Arabic. Candidate with Arabic and average English is preferred.
- Computer knowledge.
