Senior Planning Engineer

Job Purpose
Responsible for all functions relating to planning, scheduling with optimum resource utilization and reporting, coordination, implementation, and calculating KPIs, familiar with asset management, and data analysis.

Functional Accountabilities:
• Check and review the uploading of the task list before releasing to execution at stores.
• Controlling, maintaining, and improving the maintenance planning and scheduling business process flow.
• Oversee and track the execution plan on weekly basis.
• Resolve and reschedule all tasks that have conflicts based on justification
• Development plans for impacts schedule (Delays, Backlogs, etc) and review the assigned task priorities.
• Monitor & review all maintenance plans created correctly and smoothly running.
• Ability to collect and analyze data to identify issues and recognize each service group's trends.
• Analyzing critical paths and restraints to determine the effect of changes on the schedule and recommending workarounds to mitigate impacts.
• Built and designed Procedures and workflows for Preventive /Reactive maintenance service requests, and the designation of responsible work groups.
• Ensure quality of work orders historical data closure to facilitate reliability assessments of related equipment
• Understanding all maintenance contract agreements & SOW requirements.
• Monitor & follow up on all pending procurement orders.
• Identification and grouping of asset demarcation points for each service group, based on SOW and Contractual Agreements.
• Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly.
• Report the shortage of spare part inventory on weekly bases.
• Manage all activities related to budget controls and financial transactions under OPEX and CAPEX.
• Delegate the tasks and ensure the accuracy of data deliverables.
• Issuing regular statistical and performance reports on applicable maintenance KPIs, Identifying & follow-up corrective actions with the concerned process/ KPI owner.
• Review the monthly analysis reports and share them with the concerned stakeholders.
• Ensure that key performance indicators are in place to monitor for PM & RM.
• Review the calculated ratio of PM & RM and make sure to reduce the percentage of corrective maintenance.
• Other duties as required to support the operation of the organization.

Education
 5-8 years experience in Maintenance
 Bachelor of Engineering / higher diploma in business &data analysis.
