Job Purpose:

 

 

 

 

To ensure service delivery targets of the DC are met by effective planning & management of resources and workloads whilst ensuring the company’s policies, ethics & core values are implemented.

Job Responsibilities:

 

Operational accountability for all areas of the DC
To fulfill all operational requirements by ensuring respective department KPI’s and continuously checked to monitor performance.


Work with the operations managers on daily plan and targets.


Responsible to execute the operational plan in the absence of management.


Consistently deliver excellent standards.


Ensuring all system procedures are followed as per the operating practices SOP's.


Ensure all products delivered to DC are handled in line with Panda's stock procedures and the correct documentation (procedure) is processed and posted to maintain accurate system figures.


Ensure that all relevant administrative documents are correctly completed and processed in line with company standards and maintain close liaison with the managers across the business to ensure customer satisfaction of the delivery procedure.

Oversees all the activities related to internal movement of goods inventory.
Oversees all the material issuance related to the operation department.
Responsible for maintain MHE for the entire department.
Ensures warehouse functions are strictly followed in according with the company policies and procedure.
Analyzing daily reports with emphasis on productivity, manpower and time utilization
Control the operational budget within the entire department.

Skills

Education

Certificate/Diploma in business management or operations management.

 

Experience, Skills & Competencies

  • 5 -7 years’ experience in FMCG warehouse / distribution environment
  • English speaker with reading / writing an advantage
  • Arabic language skills an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft office (Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of using an e-mail software (Outlook)
  • Experience in stores operations an advantage
