Job Description
- Assist in maintaining a proactive role of business development and market intelligence unit through highlighting opportunities and recommending corrective actions to grow the business.
- Manage consumer research designs and processes to deliver actionable results that fulfill business objectives at the optimal cost
- Validate research design and integrity of respondent samples for research conducted by Panda as well as its category captains
- Work closely with service providers to prepare proper research material (questionnaires, discussion guides, etc.) that reliably fulfills required deliverables
- Seek new ways to improve and simplify research methodologies and techniques
- Attend all fieldwork briefings, focus groups and pilot/random interviews for assigned projects and conduct quality checks
- Arrange necessary preparations and follow ups for assigned projects related to contracts, agreements, payments, meetings, approvals, etc.
- Liaise with internal clients to prepare comprehensive research briefs
- Liaise between service providers, concerned departments and vendors to ensure smooth implementation of projects
Skills Description
- 5-7 years of experience in same field
- Deep understanding of retail business and marketing dynamics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and statistical skills
- Excellent writing, reporting and organization skills
- High sense of customer service skills
- Ability to anticipate future needs based on trends
- Hard worker and good team player
- Excellent command of word, excel, power point
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Arabic languages
