Store Facility Infrastructure Development Manager

Job Purpose

To plane maintenance schedules ( Periodical, preventive and annual ), ensure all utilities & equipment in the stores are running according to international standard, and prepare the studies and  reports to evaluate the situation in each store on a regular bases to upgrade or replace the old equipment having frequent failures and loses due to frequent repair and investigate the reason of those failures to give recommendation for future orders, technical support to all regions.

Evaluate installation contractor and maintenance team and give recommendation.

Functional Accountabilities:

• Reviewing and evaluating the technical part of all maintenance contracts (firefighting, generators, refrigeration and elevators, HVAC).
• Evaluating and approving the new stores deigns for HVAC and Refrigeration systems during the preparations of a new store project.
• Accountable to recommend any required new equipment specifications / model / capacity
• Develop the needed design for any new A/C units needed to be replace
• Reviewing the designs received from contractors for ducting A/C works.
• Reviewing and provide comments and recommendations for new stores snag list technicalities provided by regional managers.
• Reviewing any designs or studies submitted by contractors for Refrigeration, A/C, generators or firefighting systems
• Reviewing prices submitted for and new technical installations
• Supporting and recommending in setting up the specs and accordingly the CAPEX budget.
• Develop studies to help reducing operation / maintenance cost.
• Submit annual analysis of maintenance cost and give report and recommendation to reasons/improve/ solve issue raised.
• Submitting annual maintenance evaluation report.

Experience, Skills & Competencies

   5-8 years’ experience in Maintenance
Must have the ability to work effectively using maintenance related processes
