Job Purpose
Job Responsibilities
• Maintains information about suppliers in the Supplier Portfolio.
• Maintains catalogs of products and services provided by suppliers
• Obtains Orders from the SC for suppliers in order to communicate and follow up on fulfilment
• Reviews and evaluates the performance of suppliers
• Maintains catalogs of products and services provided by suppliers
• Ensures that everything is in place for a supplier to provide products and/or services, including supporting services.
Skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field
Experience, Skills & Competencies
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
• Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.
• Basic computer skills, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
• Ability to multitask.
