Job Description

Functional Accountabilities:

 

 

 

  • Reviews and evaluates the performance of suppliers

 

 

  • Conduct periodic meeting with assigned suppliers and document meeting minutes

 

 

  • Faciliatate and communicate supplier issues

 

 

  • Rias flag for any foreseen issue / opportunities with supplier

 

 

  • Ensure periodic master data file update with supplier

 

 

  • Follow up orders with suppliers and ensure delviery of time

 

 

  • Escalate supplier that have issues related to Fill Rate to line manager

 

 

  • Maintains information about suppliers in the Supplier Portfolio .

 

 

  • Maintains catalogs of products and services provided by suppliers

 

 

Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field

Experience, Skills & Competencies

 

 

  • Self-motivated and self-directed.

 

 

  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.

 

 

  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.

 

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.

 

 

  • Basic computer skills, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.

 

 

  • Ability to multitask .
