Job Description
Functional Accountabilities:
- Reviews and evaluates the performance of suppliers
- Conduct periodic meeting with assigned suppliers and document meeting minutes
- Faciliatate and communicate supplier issues
- Rias flag for any foreseen issue / opportunities with supplier
- Ensure periodic master data file update with supplier
- Follow up orders with suppliers and ensure delviery of time
- Escalate supplier that have issues related to Fill Rate to line manager
- Maintains information about suppliers in the Supplier Portfolio .
- Maintains catalogs of products and services provided by suppliers
Skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field
Experience, Skills & Competencies
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.
- Basic computer skills, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
- Ability to multitask .
