Job Purpose
Coordinating and assisting in supply chain continuous Improvement project and inventory controlling toward achieving improvement project objectives and inventory efficient controlling.
Job Responsibilities:
- Project progress reports and updates.
- Efficiently coordinate with project stakeholder and follow up.
- Project meeting minutes and agenda capturing.
- Supply chain processes capturing, mapping and write up.
- Assist in supply chain KPI’s, Report documentation.
- Efficiently coordinate with processes stakeholder
- Assist in process development and review.
- Near expiry stock treatment follow up.
- Cycle count and inventory accuracy report monitoring.
Skills
Education
Bachelor Degree in supply chain or management information system.
Experience, Skills & Competencies
- 0-1 years related experience.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong business writing.
- Strong, demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Language (Arabic/English)
