Supply Chain Service Manager - IT

Functional Accountabilities:

• Define and document overall business systems architecture and interfaces between different systems according to business strategy and industry standards to meet business requirements.

• Work with Application manager to define system evolution through implementing, upgrading, modifying… etc. to ensure business continuity.

• Implement new business opportunities, identify simplification and documentation and improvements in operations (Business process reengineering) through standard project management processes tools and methodology to ensure good architecture, scope, CPM, resource roles and clear

• Ensure completion of deliverables and adherence to timelines; track milestones and timelines across projects and institute necessary work flow, personnel and financial resource allocations, making alterations when necessary to meet expectations of clients; analyze and resolve issues that have the potential to jeopardize performance and/or ability to meet agreed upon deliverables; analyze financial and operational reports.

• Participate in complex projects such as ERP implementation in respective applications areas in coordination with Senior Applications managers, business team and system integrator

• Systems performance reliability monitoring to ensure meeting and exceeding customer expectations in a cost effective manner.

• To provide the necessary training, knowledge transfer by coaching and conducting training sessions for End Users

To implement quality control procedure through SD System to ensure full compliance with service level agreement (SLA) and IT governance

Experience, Skills & Competencies

• Minimum of 10 years of strong IT experience.

• Strong Project management skills, ERP Management and people management.

• Advanced Technical and Managerial Certifications (ITIL, OCP, PMP, OBIEE, ..etc.).

• In-depth knowledge of SCM Modules (Purchasing, inventory, contracts..etc)

• In-depth knowledge of oracle technologies (Workflow and AME configurations, Oracle alerts , System administrator)

• good knowledge of finance modules.

• Experience in BPR & systems design

• Highly skilled in IT service management (Delivery and Support)
