Job Description
- Develop short and long-term operational strategy plans and monitor execution performance to ensure that Workplace is in compliance with MOHR, Safety and Panda Standards.
- Develop, review, Budget, plans, and goals for the support Service.
- Lead, manage and evaluate employee’s performance.
- Supervise services operation for HO and branches.
- Develop policies and procedures and ensure effective implementation to mitigate risk, and safety hazard, workplace, office standards.
- Manage and direct communications and negotiations with external stakeholders in coordination with the relevant function in Panda.
- Manage Office Space according to business needs in all workplaces at panda.
- Create a framework to manage and contain periodic contact with business units to ensure the services provided are aligned to the changing needs of the requester and in accordance with the agreed SLAs.
- Use performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievements of agreed service level and to lead on improvement.
- Monitor all requests via the ticketing system and ensure it is met with the company SLA.
- Manage all upward reporting in relation to services and teams, such as cost control, staff training, regulatory compliance, team productivity, and work environment.
- Act as a coach and mentor, championing the highest standard of health and safety all the time and working on developing competence interest among employees.
- Develop, design and overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments to workplace.
- Manage petty cash expenses and claims.
- Monitors costs and expenses for the above.
- Work on System integration and automation of all services.
