Technician.Maintenance - Central

Financial / Monetary: (Revenue / Cost)  

Customer / Client 

• Hypermarket, Supermarket, Panda, staff compounds, offices, 

Internal Processes (Productivity / Quality / Compliance / Performance) 

• Attend all maintenance requests assigned as per the line manager assignment according to the given SLA

• Knowledge of the electrical diagrams and circuits.

• Ability to read, understand and draw electrical simple diagrams.

• Ability to install electrical main breakers and to identifying the power lines requirements (cables, number of breakers, etc.)

• Ability to diagnose and detect the electrical faults generated for overloading and sources them out.

• Ability to use the electrical measurements instruments and tools efficiently and properly.

• All electrical equipment must be in a good condition and functional (fresh food, checkouts, lighting, automatic doors, etc.).

• Awareness of safety procedures and hygiene requirements, especially during PM works.

• Regular inspection off all backup generators is performed with generator contractor

• Responsible for any electrical new equipment installation, making sure enough power to activate

• Help in any power saving project by making the readings or installations of meters

Ability to install telephone line connections

Experience, Skills & Competencies

• English and Arabic if possible  

• Valid Saudi Driving license

• Computer skills (word processing, outlook, and spreadsheets) advantage 

• Must have the ability to work effectively using maintenance agreed processes 

• Trouble shooting skills

• Observation skills

• Ready to work 24/7 when needed
