Job Purpose

The Unified Communications and Collaboration position is responsible for leading, planning, designing and implementing PANDA Unified Communications, Collaboration and Contact Center solutions.



Job Responsibilities


• Full life-cycle management for projects related to the upgrade and ongoing maintenance of the voice and collaboration infrastructure.
• Technical project manager, responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the communications and collaboration solutions and technologies.
• Defines standard processes to manage unified communications and Collaborations solutions including, infrastructure support, availability, service restoration, diagnostics, tuning, and remediation plans
• Manage third parties (relationships, contracts, SLAs, etc.) involved in unified communucation operations and infrastructure
• Provide L3 support to resolve complex and visible production issues releted to communications and collaboration as required.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in information systems or equivalent experience


Experience, Skills & Competencies


Certification:
• Must: Cisco CCNP Collaboration
• Desired: Cisco CCNP Routing & switching

Experience:
• +5 years of experience in Unified Communications, at least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Required Skills:
• Experience in Cisco VoIP Design, deployment and support in large scale organization of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM), Cisco Unity Connections (CUC), Cisco Unified IM & Presence, Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX), Video Conferencing, Telepresence and WebEx solutions
• Experience with Cisco SRST Router, voice gateways, Cisco IP Wired and Wireless Phones.
• In-depth knowledge of QoS for VoIP, Enterprise Dial-Plan, and SIP, SCCP, MGCP, PSTN trunks, FXO/FXS
• Working knowledge of Cisco Voice Portal (IVR), Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) including Intelligent Call Manager (ICM), Outbound Dialer, VXML Gateways, Cisco Unified SIP Proxy (CUSP).
• knowledge/understanding of SRST, MPLS, DMVPN, IPSEC and WAN.
