Position Panda as employer of choice through proposing & participation in local recruitment events and conducting the on-boarding process.Key Accountabilities: • Maximize the service level of providing the right candidate by understanding the manpower requirements of the division and providing timely service. • Set & execute the regional recruitment action plans in Panda for local hiring on L1 & L2 including sourcing, screening, short listing, interviewing process and its logistics through the alignment with the annual recruitment plan to fulfill the assigned manpower plan.• Implement the full recruitment cycle through complying and adhering to company policies and procedures in the area of recruitment and selection to ensure fulfilling the required number of vacancies to meet standards of quality performance• Screening CVs as per job descriptions and shortlist them by telephonic or face to face interviews.• Coordinate & Follow-up on conducting the technical interviews with the technical managers in order to fill the targeted vacancies on-time. • Implement the On-Boarding process starting from the employment form, logistics, documentation till the Joining date to ensure employee retention and to enhance Panda's image as “Employer of Choice”.• Ensure continuous communication & Regular follow-up with all candidates throughout the process in order to enhance Panda’s candidate journey. • Maximize the candidates’ flow on Panda career page through job posting in order to fulfill the business with the required manpower. • Implement the internal job posting process including posting, candidates screening, interviews, and offering to ensure the quality of the selection criteria as per the internal post guidelines.• Liaise with local agencies plus Local colleges, institutions, university by establishing good rapport in order to promote better industry-institute interaction• Coordinate and participate in local recruitment events agenda in order to brand Panda as employee of choice and to fulfill the business with the required manpower.• Responsibility of Seasonal recruitment process. • Update, monitor, maintain and operate the applications database by gathering potential candidates for prospective positions in the future. • Manage & update the recruitment report by interacting with the internal and external parties on a weekly basis• Mange and Send the list of Re-hire to Human Resource Department to Follow-up.• Assure recruitment process is via recruitment system • Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

Job Purpose: The infrastructure assistant development manager will be a part of the Cooperative technical and engineering team and will be responsible for being MEP systems technical expert.
Functional Accountabilities:
- Technical resources for MEP and FLS infrastructure systems, SLD, design, installation, T&C with an emphasis on practical/field application.
- Compliance with the engineering systems and SBC’s .
- Provide Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) provisions related to New construction, retrofit projects .

Job Purpose :Responsible for the implementation of product quality compliance in the region (Retail Stores, Central Bakery & Fresh Vendors facilities) by conducting quality coaching visits to comply with regulatory authorities’ instructions & company internal standards.
Key Accountabilities:
Product Quality Coach Program:• Execute the Product Quality Coach Programs for Pandas Retail Stores, Facilities, and Omnichannel to ensure highest Product Quality are met, and comply with Panda standard.• Execute Product Quality Coach Visiting plan to support improvement actions implementation.• Prepare necessary non-compliance reports and communicated to concerned departments and follow up on raised noncompliance reports till its closed.
Suppliers Quality Management (Supplier Audit Program):• Implement Supplier Quality audit programs for private label (Food & Non-Food Vendors) and Fresh (i.e., Fresh meat, chilled meat, Produce, Deli etc.) by conducting audits to verify the supplier compliance with the standard requirements to protect customers from potential food safety hazards.• Report all raised NCRs to concerned departments and follow on raised NCRs till its closed.
Customer Complaints, NCR and Recall Management:• Investigate customer complaints and NCRs, analyze the collected data, submit it to the Quality Operation regional Manager for further action to close the issue with proper corrective actions.• Fill the necessary forms (Complaint forms and Investigation forms) and communicate it to Operation regional Manager.
Pest Control and Hygiene Program:• Monitor pest control and Hygiene service activities at stores and Facilities.• Follow up and communicate the issues related to the pest control and Hygiene program activities at stores and Facilities.
