Job Purpose
HR Generalist is responsible for assisting HRBP in serving as the primary point of contact for employees and managers across all levels, managing a wide range of reporting and analytics, and providing HR guidance to the business in all HR related matters
Functional Accountabilities
- Talent and Staffing: Assists in identifying manpower requirements, and in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Administration: Delivers a quality service in support of all aspects of the employees’ life cycle at the company starting from induction, probation signs off, and exit interviews.
- Assists HRBP in serving as the primary point of contact for employees and managers across all levels
- People Engagement: Supports HRBP in wide range of HR Initiatives, reporting and analytics related to people engagement
- Performance Management: Ensures everyone has a clear KPI & Objectives, monitors performance management cycle for employees, and supports HRBP in dealing with grievances cases related to performance management
- Talent Development: Work with functional head to identify training needs for is/her team, and monitor the implementation of training plans.
- Supports the implementation of personal Development Plans for and exit plans for low performers as per policy
- Case Management: Act as a mediator in any employee relation issues such as; disciplinary actions, investigations, etc

MSc. Or BSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related filed

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of working experience in HR position with potential to grow
