Junior Finance Internal Controller Analyst

Functional Accountabilities:

• Produce and present reports as per job requirements. 

• Performs data collection and analysis as per job requirements.

• Document business process flowcharts, narratives, risks and controls.

• Assist business process owners in developing risk mitigation/corrective action plans.

• Manage the internal/external audit observations datasheets.

• Manage the Internal Control sheets and forms.

• Produce communications to ensure that good control culture is propagating across the Finance function.

• Keeping track of new or changed policies and procedures and their associated controls.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities specific to department functions and activities or as assigned by your line manager.

• Assist in control testing and monitoring of the quality control monitoring program

• 0-3 years of experience in finance 

• Excellent attention to details and accuracy of data.

• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills

• Ability to gather, analyze, and evaluate facts and to prepare and present concise, detailed, and clear oral and written reports

• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact across all functions within the company

• Excellent working with MS Office products (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Visio)

• Familiar with MS Power Automate, UiPath, and Power BI

• Ability to work independently and unsupervised

• Project management skills are a plus.

• Organizational and time management skills
