Job Description
Functional Accountabilities:
- Produce and present reports as per job requirements.
- Performs data collection and analysis as per job requirements.
- Document business process flowcharts, narratives, risks and controls.
- Assist business process owners in developing risk mitigation/corrective action plans.
- Manage the internal/external audit observations datasheets.
- Manage the Internal Control sheets and forms.
- Produce communications to ensure that good control culture is propagating across the Finance function.
- Keeping track of new or changed policies and procedures and their associated controls.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities specific to department functions and activities or as assigned by your line manager.
- Assist in control testing and monitoring of the quality control monitoring program
Skills
- 0-3 years of experience in finance
- Excellent attention to details and accuracy of data.
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to gather, analyze, and evaluate facts and to prepare and present concise, detailed, and clear oral and written reports
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact across all functions within the company
- Excellent working with MS Office products (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Visio)
- Familiar with MS Power Automate, UiPath, and Power BI
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Project management skills are a plus.
- Organizational and time management skills
