Job Purpose
Managing Software Development team and processes to fullfil business requirements .
Job Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining software development team.
- Guiding, coaching and mentoring software development team members.
- Establishing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practice processes and supporting tools.
- Supervising architecture plus lead efforts to develop technical roadmap of all projects.
- Performing closely with ISV’s, Architects, Engineers, Analysts, Developers and Business Users throughout organization to provide best support to achieve Business Targets.
- Develop relations with existing and prospective internal customers to interpret all individual requirements.
- Advocating and adopting Retail Enterprise Application Development Best practices.
- Learning and displaying as how products would add value to respective business.
- Ensuring top quality design reviews attaining business goals.
- Supervising resource allocation to assure attainment of business and personnel development goals.
- Involving in strategic plans to accomplish technical as well as business with leadership chain, team and with customers.
- Managing and execute software development projects from beginning to finish.
- Evaluating projects, develop update schedules plus supervise project status.
- Collaborating effectively with all team members as well as hold regular team meetings.
المهارات
Education
Masters or BS in computer engineering or equiavlent
Experience, Skills & Competencies
- At least 5 years Software Development Managing experience in a Retail organization.
- In-depth knowledge of Retail modules (Oracle RMS, SIM, Toshiba POS, etc.).
- Knowledge of Oracle technologies
- Experience in at least one of .Net, .Net Core, Java
- Project Management knowledge
- Highly skilled in IT service management (Delivery and Support)
- Customer focus.
