Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • To ensure all vehicles are repaired in a timely manner ensuring vehicles are available for distribution and administration records are all correct and processes have been followed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare report times required for the completion of the vehicle maintenance.
  • Support the transportation team with maintenance activity within the time management.
  • Provide report statuses to the National Workshop Parts Manager for overall fleet.
  • Control fleet maintenance
  • Monitor maintenance budget including petty cash to control spending.
  • Prepare and plan maintenance schedules.
  • Prepare and plan maintenance preventive.
  • Managing breakdown operations.
  • Monitor and maximize the utilization of the workshops.
  • Report the breakdown of vehicles ones exceed 15%.

Skills

 

  • Certificate in computer application 
  • 2 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of English and Arabic is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of using e-mail software (Outlook)
