Job Description
Job Purpose:
- To ensure all vehicles are repaired in a timely manner ensuring vehicles are available for distribution and administration records are all correct and processes have been followed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare report times required for the completion of the vehicle maintenance.
- Support the transportation team with maintenance activity within the time management.
- Provide report statuses to the National Workshop Parts Manager for overall fleet.
- Control fleet maintenance
- Monitor maintenance budget including petty cash to control spending.
- Prepare and plan maintenance schedules.
- Prepare and plan maintenance preventive.
- Managing breakdown operations.
- Monitor and maximize the utilization of the workshops.
- Report the breakdown of vehicles ones exceed 15%.
Skills Description
- Certificate in computer application
- 2 years of experience in a similar field.
- Good communication skills.
- Good knowledge of English and Arabic is an advantage.
- Knowledge of using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of using e-mail software (Outlook)
